Our Needs
Surrendered Healing started in 2015 and is now rapidly growing, and run by a Women of Color team serving Women of Color from around the world (London, Thailand, Australia, Philippines and more!). As we expand, we are actively seeking a highly motivated person with a positive mindset to be part of our team. This individual is genuine and compassionate with a go-getter attitude. She must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Those with proven experience in sales are highly preferred.

Copywriter
The Copywriter is someone who loves reaching people through her writing. This person crafts on-brand compelling content to promote Surrendered Healing on various platforms including Instagram and email newsletters. She understands the importance of empowering women of color to follow their dreams. This person values community and serving others.
Job Responsibilities
- Produce enticing headlines and content that will capture the attention of the target audience.
- Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.
- Create a list of article topics based on the company’s values.
- Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies to improve readability.
- Monitor and keep a detailed tracker of content posted.
- Brainstorm on-brand ideas or concepts that further support the clientele
- Schedule and publish content on social media platforms.
- Create new effective opt-in lead magnets content.
- Responsible for writing Instagram captions, email newsletters, copy for ads and more!
Job Skills & Qualifications
- At least 2 Year(s) of proven content writing or copywriting experience.
- Has a strong portfolio of social media content, blog articles, or any other writing outputs.
- Demonstrates excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar.
- Strong command of English language and grammar.
- Outstanding ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Has a determined attitude and the ability to take constructive criticism.
- Self-motivated, organized and possesses a high level of integrity.
- Completes work on time (or early) and strives to deliver ahead of deadlines.
- Cares deeply about their work, colleagues, and the well-being of the company.
- Has a quiet, private place to work from home
- Tech savvy and must have internet speed of 10mbs or higher (go to www.speedtest.net to check your current internet speed).
